Stretch, balance, relax, and listen to your body.  Our safe, gentle approach offers spiritual nourishment as well as health benefits.  You’ll come away refreshed, renewed, and invigorated.  The class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

  • Date & Time: Mondays beginning September 21, 4:45 – 6:00 p.m.
  • Location: Southminster’s Upper Hall
  • Fee: by donation.  $5 is suggested, or more if you wish.  Your donation goes to support the Mission and Service Fund, supporting people locally and internationally.
